We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with any legal/accounting/reporting obligation.

Your personal information will be deleted on one of the following occurrences:

  • deletion of your personal information by You (or by another person engaged by the Customer); or
  • receipt of a written request by You (or another person engaged by the Customer) to

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from children under 16; if you are a child under 16, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any Personal Data. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child under 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
